The Site is hosted by Squarespace, which collects the Data to run this Site and to protect and improve its platform and services. Squarespace analyzes the Data in a de-identified form.
The Site uses font files from Google Fonts and Adobe Fonts. To properly display the Site to you, servers where the font files are stored may receive information about you, including the Data, in addition to details about your interaction with the Site, such as (i) clicks; (ii) internal links; (iii) pages visited; (iv) scrolling; (v) searches ; and (vi) timestamps.

Shopping.
When you buy something on the Site, we collect personal information from you to fulfill the order. We may collect information like your:
Billing and shipping address
Details relating to your purchase (for example, your shirt size)

Name
Phone number
We share this information with Squarespace, our online store hosting provider, so that they can provide website services to us, and Stripe, our payment processor so that they may facilitate your payment.

Cookies.
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies, which are small files or pieces of text that download to a device when a visitor accesses a website or app. Click here for more information about cookies. The functional and required cookies are always used, which allow Squarespace to securely serve the Site to you. The analytics and performance cookies are used on the Site only when you acknowledge our cookie banner. We use analytics cookies to view site traffic, activity, and other data.
How We Use Data and Personal Information.
We share the de-identified Data we collect with Squarespace to learn about site traffic and activity. Any personal information you provide through the “Contact” section of this website, including your (a) name; (b) phone number; (c) address or (d) e-mail address is used solely to help Ruby de Jure, PLLC communicate with you and will not be sold or rented to any individuals or entities outside of Ruby de Jure, PLLC.
Your Rights.
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us, per the “Contact” section below. Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (such as your engagement of Ruby de Jure, PLLC for legal services), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to the United States.
Changes.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
Social Buttons.
On the Site you will see social buttons that enable users to visit LinkedIn and Instagram. You should be aware that these external social network sites may collect information about what you are doing on the internet, including on the Site.
